Forty-three Aquinas students were inducted into the National Honor Society at a ceremony on Wednesday, December 3rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Aquinas Student Union.
Established at Aquinas in 2006, the National Honor Society encourages and rewards scholarship, renders service, promotes leadership and develops character among members. To be eligible, students must attain a cumulative weighted grade point average (GPA) of 92 by the end of their sophomore year. They must maintain this GPA for the remainder of their membership in the National Honor Society. Students must also exhibit leadership qualities, show evidence of exceptional character as reflected in their disciplinary record, and have performed significant hours of community service.
