AQ Track Teams Capture Titles
Please join us in congratulating the Aquinas Girls Track Team on winning the Class B Section V Championship. The Boys Team also earned second place in the sectionals. The athletes went on compete in the Meet of Champions State Qualifier at RIT, setting school records in both the boys and girls long jump, boys 300 meter, boys 4x400 meter relay, and the girls 4x200 meter relay.
The following team members qualified for the State Championships at Cornell University on March 7th:

Carol Connors - 600 meter (2nd Place)
Brianna Cromartie - 300 meter (2nd Place)
Olivia Guy - Long Jump (1st Place)
Lindsay Sturnick - High Jump (3rd Place) and Long Jump (3rd Place)
Boys:
B.J. Murray - 300 meter (1st Place) and Long Jump (1st Place)
4x400 metere relay (1st Place) - Matt Denk, Taylor Bennett, Adam Rutz, B.J. Murray, Joe Alfano, Alex Case
