Proceeds Send Vets to D.C.
Concert Raises $5,400 for Honor Flight

Prime Time Brass, The Aquinas Jazz Ensemble and The Ghost Riders Mini-Corp hosted a concert to benefit the veteran's group Honor Flight Rochester on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Aquinas Institute.

More than 400 people attended the concert, which featured a selection of Jazz, Patriotic and Big Band music. Senator Joe Robach and Vince Hope, President of Honor Flight Rochester were guest speakers.

The bands presented Honor Flight with a check for $5,400, which will help pay for WWII veterans to visit the WWII Memorial in Washington, D.C.
